Unfortunately we had to postpone our trip on 2nd December to see The Glass Menagerie at the Young Vic due to the foot of snow on the railway station platform… But do not despair eager theatrophiles! We have managed to get tickets for Wednesday 12 January instead.
This dramatic masterpiece centres on young poet Tom and his difficult relationships with his overbearing mother and delicate sister as he struggles to support them. Olivier Award-winner Deborah Findlay will star alongside Sinead Matthews, Leo Bill and Kyle Soller.
Theatre and train tickets will cost a total of £15.00 for this trip. Students who want to go should sign up in the Office, even if they were already down to go previously. As always, it’s first come, first served. Come and put your name down and have something to look forward to in the New Year!
